1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 888bet bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 888bet bd website and associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other gaming products available on the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.3 One Account Per Player

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Account Security

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the 888bet bd account holder. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment method not registered in the player's name — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 888bet bd reserves the right to hold or return the deposit pending investigation, and to restrict the associated account until the matter is resolved.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds. Where this is not technically possible, 888bet bd's support team will work with the player to identify an appropriate alternative, subject to completion of enhanced KYC verification.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any day are typically processed on the same day. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST may be processed the following business day. 888bet bd does not process withdrawals to expired or closed payment accounts.

4.3 Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts are subject to a maximum daily withdrawal limit of ৳50,000 and a maximum weekly withdrawal limit of ৳200,000. Players enrolled in the 888bet bd VIP programme may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as part of their VIP tier benefits. Players wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of standard limits should contact the support team before submitting the request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

888bet bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where there is any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general rules, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the bonus offer page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified on the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance pools. Real-money funds are used first unless the player opts to use bonus funds via the account dashboard.
• 888bet bd reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the offer is being abused or that technical circumstances require it.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

888bet bd monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing bets on both sides of a market to artificially meet wagering requirements (known as "arbing"); systematically using bonuses on games excluded from wagering contribution; registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; and colluding with other players to pool bonuses. Where bonus abuse is identified, 888bet bd reserves the right to void the bonus, void all bets placed using bonus funds, and close the account permanently.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a valid account on 888bet bd may be eligible for a welcome bonus offer. Eligibility, bonus value, and wagering requirements are as stated on the current welcome bonus offer page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will be treated as bonus abuse under Section 5.2.

6 Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, and crash games available on 888bet bd are governed by the individual game or market rules published on the respective product pages, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

6.1 Sports Betting

All bets are accepted subject to the market rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition. 888bet bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any betting market at any time without notice. In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the market-specific rules published on the platform at the time of bet placement.

888bet bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price (palpable error). A palpable error is defined as a price that, by any reasonable assessment, was set in error and differs substantially from the market price available elsewhere. Players who identify a potential palpable error are encouraged to contact support rather than exploiting it.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets — including same-ball cricket markets available during BPL, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to rapid price changes and potential market suspension without notice. 888bet bd accepts no liability for delays in bet acceptance arising from network latency, device performance, or any other factor outside the platform's direct control. All bets are accepted at the price available at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system, not the price displayed on the player's screen at the time of selection.

6.3 Casino Game Integrity

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.

• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or analyse platform data in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals through your bank or mobile money provider in bad faith, after receiving a service from 888bet bd corresponding to the payment in question.
• Money laundering: Using the 888bet bd platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds.
• Hacking or technical exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 888bet bd systems, databases, or game software, or exploiting any software bug or technical vulnerability for financial gain.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

888bet bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false registration information, and any action that 888bet bd determines to be contrary to the integrity of its platform or harmful to other players.

8.1 Player-Requested Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the 888bet bd support team at [email protected] or via Live Chat. Upon receiving a closure request, 888bet bd will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888bet bd's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888bet bd accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;

• Losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, bonus terms, or market odds;
• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind;

• Errors in live data feeds (scores, match statistics) used to settle in-play betting markets.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 888bet bd's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 Amendments to These Terms

888bet bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 888bet bd will additionally notify registered players via the email address on file or via an on-site notification displayed upon next login.

Players who do not agree to the amended Terms must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Continued use of the 888bet bd platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of those updates.
